LSC Beginners Club - (contact Anne Dent) Learn to Swim Program Application Form for Pre-Competitive Swimming ( Beginners Club New Members )
LSC Senior / Junior Club ( contact Theresa Kerr - 07912664829 ) If a swimmer is joining the LSC Senior / Junior Club and have attended the LSC Beginners Club then only the forms below need to be completed. If a swimmer, who has not attended LSC Beginners Club, wishes to join Larne Swimming club they must submit a letter via the Club Secretary to the committee requesting to join the club. All swimmers must meet the published assessment criteria set by the Coach before being allowed to join or move into any squad.
The following forms, which are available also from the club web site www.larneswimmingclub.co.uk or Theresa Kerr are required to be completed.
Code of Conduct for Swimmers - per member Code of Conduct for Parents Northern Bank Standing Order if paying by direct Debit ( note 10 monthly payments starting September 2009 and finishing June 2010 ) or Cheques should be made payable to “Larne Swimming Club” or Cash. All forms should initially be presented to the Fees Coordinator for registration in club system.
